Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Establish work plans in alignment with organizational objectives. - Control and ensure the implementation of risk assessment processes and risk management measures. - Manage resources to ensure sufficient support for operations and development. - Supervise procedures and workflows to ensure customs declarations comply with Customs Department regulations. - Verify and determine customs tariff codes (HS Codes) for new imported or exported products. - Review and assess applicable trade privileges or benefits for customers based on tariff classifications. - Update on customs laws, regulations, related government announcements, and communicate them to relevant staff. - Support CS Import and CS Export teams in responding to customer inquiries regarding tariff classifications. - Verify the accuracy of customs declarations before submission to the Customs Department system. - Input data for import/export declarations and goods transit documents. - Summarize monthly performance reports, including the number of shipments (Import, Export, Goods). - Report operational performance to Management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 1 year of experience in EDI, Customs Clearance, Import-Export, HS Code from Distribution or Logistics Business. - Conversation Middle Level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management, emails, reports, and documents) <In Details> - Able to update knowledge and regularly attend training sessions and seminars related to the field - Able to classify and determine customs tariff codes for imported and exported goods - Able to respond to customer inquiries regarding customs tariff classifications < Preferred Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field - Experience in handling FTA, AD, and BOI Customs Procedures - Experience using the Thai Customs' e-Customs system - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in the TIFFA System
