Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
Handle applications support for the E-Payment systems.
Investigate issues & incidents, find root cause and plan.
Test delivered bug fixes and carry the resolution until delivery in production.
Analyze Banks requirements and write technical specifications.
Communicate with Vendors in order to benchmark and plan project implementation.
Write test plan, define test scope and perform end-to-end testing to ensure the quality of the projects deliveries.
Continuously upgrade knowledge on new E-Payment technologies and schemes (VISA, Mastercard).
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 25-35 years old
Bachelor's degree in IT.
Minimum 2 years in a similar IT position. (Banking/ Insurance/ IT Solution)
Good level in English (writing and speaking).
Willing to work in an International environment.
Strong analytical mindset and problem solving skills.
Relevant experience with ATM and/or POS systems.
Good understanding of E-Payment concepts (acquiring, issuing, online transaction, dual message).
Knowledge of EMV Standards and test process.
Strong technical skills, being able to speak with the vendors and investigate deeply in the systems.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience with card schemes (VISA, MasterCard, Union-Pay) and certification.
Knowledge of banking concepts and core-banking systems.
