Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> A. Marketplace Operations (Shopee / Lazada / Others) - Manage end-to-end daily operations of official stores including product listings, pricing, stock management, categorization, and campaign submissions. - Coordinate with merchandising, supply chain, and finance for stock allocation and promotion planning. - Execute mega campaigns (vouchers, bundles, affiliates, cashback) and ensure store readiness. - Monitor store health KPIs (conversion rate, cancellation/return rate, reviews, seller rating) and implement improvement plans to drive revenue growth. B. Brand.com (Shopify) Management - Oversee Shopify operations including product uploads, homepage updates, collections, and promotional setups (discount rules, upsell, cross-sell). - Ensure product data consistency across website and marketplaces. - Analyze GA4 and Shopify Analytics to improve user experience and conversion rate (CRO). - Coordinate with UX/UI and developers for enhancements and technical support. C. Customer Engagement & Chat Management - Manage chat across Marketplace, LINE OA, FB Messenger, and Instagram DM with SLA control. - Improve chat scripts, FAQs, and automated flows to enhance conversion and customer satisfaction. - Implement and supervise AI tools to automate repetitive responses and improve efficiency. D. SNS & Advertising Performance - Plan and supervise SNS content across FB, IG, TikTok, and X in alignment with sales campaigns. - Coordinate with agencies and influencers to ensure brand consistency. - Manage and optimize paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, CPAS, Marketplace Ads) with focus on ROAS, CAC, and conversion. - Ensure proper tracking integration (Pixel, CAPI, GA4). E. AI & EDM Management - Leverage AI tools for content creation, reporting automation, and workflow improvement. - Plan and execute EDM campaigns, monitor OR, CTR, CVR, and optimize future performance.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 7 years in online marketing or e-commerce position (marketplace + brand.com) *kindly submit your portfolio for consideration - At least 2 years' experience operations manager level - Conversational High to Business level in English (To communicate with Japanese management, Head Quarter) - Strong understanding of Shopee / Lazada seller tools, campaign systems, and analytics. - Hands-on experience with Shopify, Zendesk and website content management. - Knowledge of SNS platforms and social commerce. - Ability to read and interpret data for decision-making (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, marketplace data). - Experience collaborating with creative and advertising agencies. - Familiarity with CPAS, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. - Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Perplexity, AI automations). - Proficient Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience from retail/department store/restaurant/FMCG/fashion will be advantage - Basic understanding of HTML / CSS (a plus). - Ability to work with API/automation tools is a plus. - Japanese is a plus. <Personality> - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-brand environments. - Proactive problem solver with ownership mindset.
