Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage company website and E-Marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, LINE Shopping, Central Online) - Handle product listings, pricing updates, stock management, and product details - Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets - Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and related operations - Respond to customer inquiries through all online channels - Work closely with graphic designers and content creators - Analyze sales data and customer behavior, and prepare reports - Develop and improve E-Commerce channels and digital marketing strategies - Support and execute marketing plans - Prepare related documents and administrative tasks - Any other tasks assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 1 years of experience in E-Commerce, E-Marketplace, or Digital Marketing - Experience with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, LINE Shopping, or Central Online - Conversational high-level of English (Internal and external communication) - Able to work on Saturdays and travel for work if required <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Fashion or Retail industry - Japanese language skill (JLPT N3 or above is a plus, with allowance) - Experience in stock/inventory management - Creative mindset with ability to propose ideas - Good multitasking and time management skills
