Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
1. New Business Development
- Explore new business opportunities for PCBA manufacturing and related components.
- Analyze markets, competitors, and industry trends to support strategic growth.
- Conduct client and supplier visits to identify opportunities and build long-term partnerships.
2. Sales Operations Management
- Support the sales cycle, including quotation, negotiation, prototype proposals, and after-sales service.
- Prepare sales forecasts, update pipelines, and create reports for management.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide progress updates, and explain prototype status.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales administration, production, engineering, warehouse) to ensure smooth customer support.
4. Technical & Commercial Support
- Work with engineering and production teams to understand and address customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver proposals aligned with technical recommendations and commercial strategies.
5. Internal Coordination
- Manage delivery schedules and coordinate with factories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in business field
- At least 2-year experience of handling PCB, electronic components or home electronics.
- Conversational high level of English (For internal and external communication)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High MS Office skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Understand PCB process
- Knowledge of electronic components and the supply chain
- Sales experience in EMS
