Domestic Customer Service (Chinese Speaking HSK 4-5) (30K–32K) (SDG-102855) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าในประเทศ (ภาษาจีน HSK 4-5) <Job responsibilities> - Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. - Responding promptly to customer inquiries. - Communicating with customers through various channels. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Female , age 28 - 33 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in any field. - 2-4 years experience in Customer Service (Any industry) - Good Computer skills Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook) - Good command in English. (use for Email, to communicate with customers and associated companies) - Able to communicate in Chinese (HSK 4-5 up), with associated companies. <In Details> - Have a service mind and be Able to work under pressure.
