<Job Responsibilities>
- To provide effective support to customers and act as a liaison between the customer and the factory to ensure smooth communication
- Order fulfillment (Prepare and manage sales orders, delivery documents, and relevant reports.)
- Communicating with customers through various channels. (Phone, Chat, Email)
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Other tasks assigned by the report line
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of work experience in Customer Service from any industry
- Conversational High Level in Chinese (HSK4 up) for supporting customers
- Conversational Middle Level in English for making the document
- Good Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
