Job Description

Documentation Coordinator (Japanese Speaking) (20K-30K) (SDG-38909)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Prepare export documentation by entering and updating shipment data into the core application as per established work instruction
	Prepare import documentation by verifying manifest, sending NOAs and/or DOs as per established work instruction
	Generate and send bill of lading and/or tax invoice to customers after verification as per established work instruction
	Coordinate and communicate with clients through e-mails
	Complete all the assigned tasks on time and with expected accuracy
	Self-driven and motivated person to take initiatives when required

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Male/Female, 23-25 years old
	Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management , Japanese or any related field
	New graduate is welcomed 
	Have a good service mind and be able to operate under pressure and flexible hours if required
		Ability to understand and comprehend established work instruction and to work upon those documents
	Good MS office skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
	Good command of both spoken and written English
	Organized and detail-oriented
	Good command of Japanese (N3)

Workplace Area: MRT Lumpini, Bangkok
Working Hour: 6:30-17:00 (Rotating shifts / First shift from 06:30 to 15:30 (GMT+7) / Second shift from 08:00 to 17:00)
