Documentation Coordinator (Japanese Speaking) (20K-30K) (SDG-38909) <Job Responsibilities> Prepare export documentation by entering and updating shipment data into the core application as per established work instruction Prepare import documentation by verifying manifest, sending NOAs and/or DOs as per established work instruction Generate and send bill of lading and/or tax invoice to customers after verification as per established work instruction Coordinate and communicate with clients through e-mails Complete all the assigned tasks on time and with expected accuracy Self-driven and motivated person to take initiatives when required
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, 23-25 years old Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management , Japanese or any related field New graduate is welcomed Have a good service mind and be able to operate under pressure and flexible hours if required Ability to understand and comprehend established work instruction and to work upon those documents Good MS office skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) Good command of both spoken and written English Organized and detail-oriented Good command of Japanese (N3) <Preferable Skill / Experience> None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: Conversational Level Workplace Area: MRT Lumpini, Bangkok Working Hour: 6:30-17:00 (Rotating shifts / First shift from 06:30 to 15:30 (GMT+7) / Second shift from 08:00 to 17:00) About the Benefits Salary: 20,000–30,000THB About the company Products: logistics solutions for manufacturers of cars, trucks, heavy equipment Business Type: Distribution / Transportation / Warehousing;
