Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Store QA employee training records.
- Prepare a report on the employee's coming to work in the QA section.
- Follow up on all the documentation operations of the QA unit, including the operations in the PRONES system.
- Record Attendance, Overtime of QA employees.
- Organize a team, organize a meeting, internal auditors/audited people
- Coordinate with other agencies.
- Others assigned by the supervisor
- Comply with supervisor directives and company rules. and strive to improve production efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Other assigned tasks by the manager 

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- High vocational certificate or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing or related field.
- At least 1 year or more in the preparation, control, records, and documents of the quality system
- Conversational basic in English (Documents and e-mail)
- Good computer skills in program Microsoft offices (Word ,Excel, Power Point).
- Good knowledge of document control and document storage
- Able to prepare documents for quality assurance department
- Knowledge about ISO: 9001:2015

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- To have Experience in Prones system will be advantage.
