Work outline: Responsible for overall Dealer Management System Support and Planning jobs
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Manage the team to support dealer inquiry and question, make dealer can operate
DMS application
Ø Analyze incident and make short-term, mid-term and long-term counter measure plan. Maintain knowledge relate with dealer business process
Ø Manage team to gather dealer and automotive OEM requirement and summary/report to customer.
Ø Provide business strategic to dealer business against DMS system
Ø Manage DMS training, enhancement project
Ø Coordinate Server and Network Team to conduct improvement planning, tracking and report
Ø Improve the service and manage/improvement continuously
Ø Expand DMS service to another automotive company
Ø Manage DMS business profit and loss
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Male or Female , age 30-40 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree
Ø 15 years in IT system implementation and support and 5 years’ experience in Dealer business system or automotive business
Ø Being fundamental in IT literacy at middle level
Ø Having DMS system and business knowledge relate with dealer business such as CRM
Ø Being good in Presentation, Project Management, and Interpersonal communication
Ø Being positive mentality (independence, initiative, spontaneous, positive)
Ø Good command in English language
Ø Having ERP, CRM knowledge, Procurement operation, Supply chain management, Inventory management, Finance and accounting business process
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: 09:00 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday)

Salary: 80,000 – 100,000 THB
