<Job Responsibilities>
[Support Sales team]
- Prepare presentation materials
- Create quotations
- Open and close project files
- Issue invoices
- Coordinate with customers and external vendors (outsourcing)
[Support Production team]
- Update production plans
- Monitor project progress
- Check project-related documents and checklists
- Record and maintain relevant data
[General Administrative Support]
- Collect internal division payments
- Issue company billing documents
- Book meeting rooms, vehicles, and venues
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Cooperate with Company Quality Management Activities (ISO)
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Vocational Education or Bachelor degree in any fields
- At least 1 year as admin, coordinator and sales support
- Conversation High level in English (TOEIC score 650), use for documents and internal communication
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience from Japanese company
<Personality>
- Detail-oriented, service-minded, able to work independently with sound judgment, and a strong team player
