Assistant Manager Direct Sales (50K-70K) (SDG-36005) <Job Responsibilities> 70% Office/30% On-field Taking care of all elements related to both offline and online selling channels Strategy analyzing and finding new potential locations/opportunities/Other sales channel. KPI evaluated from Sales Target and Channels. Leading subordinates and team, evaluating team and individual performance, providing guidance, training Setting sales target, creating sales plans, analyzing data Working and monitoring closely with all departments/ stakeholders to ensure the POS system works effectively across all aspects of the company
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 32-37 years old Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Management, or other related field 5-10 years of experience as Sales or Marketing in MT, GT, TT, Direct Channel in relevant product English: Conversational middle or above Team leading/management experience <Preferable Skill / Experience> Experience in FMCG/Retail, Home Shopping Result oriented, Strong leadership skills, Well-disciplined Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area BTS Ploen Chit, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 50,000–70,000THB About the company Products: Health care food Business Type: Food / Beverages
