Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> A. Campaign Management: - Design, plan, and manage both short-term and long-term digital marketing campaigns - Analyze target audiences (Customer Personas) and develop accurate targeting and retargeting strategies - Create and conduct A/B testing for advertising campaigns to improve performance and effectiveness B. Digital Channel Execution: - Manage and optimize advertising performance across key platforms such as TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads - Oversee and improve SEO/SEM (Search Engine Optimization / Search Engine Marketing) performance - Plan and manage advertising on GDN (Google Display Network) and Marketplace Ads (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) C. Content Coordination: - Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Copywriters to produce marketing materials - Plan and manage the Content Calendar in alignment with overall strategies and business goals - Develop engaging storytelling that aligns with brand identity and product positioning D. Data Analytics & Optimization: - Analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Facebook Pixel, and Google Tag Manager - Create dashboard reports using Data Studio or Excel to present performance results and actionable insights
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is required. - At least 3 years of marketing experience, particularly in the IT industry or a marketing agency. - English conversational middle level (Presenting, Documents and reports) - Experienced in developing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and leading teams. - Knowledge of technologies and products related to digital signage, display solutions, and system integration. - Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, social media management platforms, and Google Analytics. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Additional education such as a master's degree or specialized professional certificates in marketing, business administration, or an MBA will be given preferential consideration.
