Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Serve as a key liaison between the Japanese HQ development team and the Bangkok-based customer-facing team, communicating in Japanese and English.
- Lead client meetings to gather requirements and translate them into clear specifications and actionable documentation for internal teams.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including scheduling, progress tracking, issue management, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Thai staff, engineers, marketers, and other departments) to ensure smooth communication and on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Oversee performance tracking and reporting, preparing regular progress reports in English for internal stakeholders.
- Plan and execute cost-effective marketing campaigns across online and EC platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop), aligning them with project goals.
- Support and guide the team in media planning, budgeting, content direction, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct regular performance and project review meetings with clients.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of work experience in either A, B or C
A: Sales or marketing in Digital Marketing agency 
B: Project management experience in a corporate company
C: Marketing experience in a corporate company 
- Conversational high-business level of Japanese
- Conversational middle-high level of English
- Advance in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Hands-on knowledge/skills in digital ads campaigns (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Ads) 
- Experience in E-commerce business is a big plus 
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, CDP, and CRM
