Digital Marketing Manager (70K–90K) (SDG-84161)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Set up and structure Digital Marketing Team, create lean and efficient workflows for B2B trading business with high involvement products and features.
- Strategic planning, design and execution of all digital marketing aspects including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Selecting and implementing proper MarTech tools suitable for our business within scope and budget provided
- Plan, design, build, manage and maintain our social media platforms. Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts/ agencies to drive brand development and brand building activities.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize budget and performance based on the insights
-Prepare accurate reports of all digital marketing campaign’s overall performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Conduct data analysis to identify the opportunity for sales volume growth and define customer engagement activities working with online channels.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
‐ At least 7 years’ experience in marketing/brand management/ digital marketing or advertising experience with a good track record of digital marketing management with B2B trading business. 
‐ Strong experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
‐ Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and experience in deployment of MarTech tools
- Big interest in Chemical, Science as it will related to content 

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Knowledge of e-commerce website with more than 100,000 SKUs
