Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and grow sales for food microbiology products on our specific brand - Build and maintain relationships with food manufacturers, contract testing labs, QA/QC labs, universities, and regulatory authorities. - Identify and win tenders/supply contracts with large food companies or other accredited testing labs. Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training with technical support teams. - Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to provide feedback to management. - Achieve revenue targets and report on pipeline development.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Life Sciences, or related field is a plus. - At least 5 years of sales experience in microbiology diagnostics (food microbiology focus is a plus) or food industry solutions with the deep understanding food microbiology workflows eg. culture media, pathogen detection, shelf-life testing, and hygiene monitoring. - Conversational high in English (Communicate with client, e-mail, and document.) - Strong B2B sales experience with food manufacturers, QA/QC labs, or accredited service labs. - Results-driven and capable of managing long sales cycles with technical stakeholders. <In detail> - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to evaluate market opportunities, generate sales potential, and propose innovative process improvements. - Highly responsible, diligent, and eager for advancement.
