Job Description
- Research and analyze market trends for apparel and accessories - Design creative graphic patterns for company's brand apparel and OEM clients - Revise designs based on feedback and comments from stakeholders - Define detailed size specifications for pattern creation - Create and adjust patterns to match design specifications and artwork - Prepare comprehensive production documentation including spec sheets and tech packs - Generate pattern files for accurate cost estimation purposes - Create high-quality AI files for printing production - Conduct color testing and print pattern verification before mass production - Follow up on sample production processes and provide sewing/construction guidance to production teams - Troubleshoot and resolve immediate issues during the production process - Coordinate effectively with the production department for smooth operations - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field - At least 2 years of experience in Fashion designer the apparel industry - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in pattern making and sewing techniques - Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and basic Microsoft programs - Conversation Middle in English (E-mail and documents with internal and external) <In details> - Creative with strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work well under pressure - Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently - Detail-oriented and able to work well as part of a team <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in Sportwear, Activewear design and development - Candidates available for immediate or early start
