Design & Estimate Engineer (29K–32K) (SDG-95954) วิศวกรออกแบบและประมาณการ <Job Responsibilities> - Follow schedule plans, specifications and contract documents and fully understand the project requirements. - Preparing Design drawings using CAD or Revit. - Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope - Working with team during the Estimation phase to build Design Drawings, BOQ, Scope of work and Presentation. - Identify design and constructability issues and analysis to determine constructability - Take off BOQ follow specifications and requirement. - Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 22 - 28 years old - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical and Electrical) - 1++ years experience in Engineer in Construction field - Experience in reviews project plans, specifications, estimating scopes and pricing prepared - Experience of using AutoCAD (2D/3D) (Reading, Designing] - Conversational level in English (Normally use for Email and talk with Japanese Management) <Preferable Skills / Experiences> - Engineering license - Japanese Certificate Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS UdomSuk Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday [SAT: None, work in office, occasionally work on site]) About the Benefits 29,300–32,300THB About the company Product & Service: Construction project- clean room system, dry room system, HVAC system, etc. Business Type: Construction / Home Building
