Design Engineering - Project Management (Air Conditioner) (57K–100K) (SDG-89998) วิศวกรออกแบบ - การบริหารโครงการ (เครื่องปรับอากาศ) <Job Responsibilities> - Site material synergy owner, bridge site team and synergy PMO on project tracking - Cost benchmark by category, working with regional category team on benchmark activity - Site level synergy action tracking and weekly report to GSC engineer leader - Organize the VA cost workshop event, 2 ~3 time per year - Site spend data, synergy supply base management, help GCS supply base consolidation - Track and Drive Site level synergy target breakdown by from 2023 to 2025 - Track and Drive Site level sch B synergy project by cooperate with supply chain - Drive team to achieve productivity target and lead cost saving activities - Lead Synergy activities following guidance - Project management, and risk assessment / mitigation - Developing strong working relationships with all function teams from procurement, Engineering and quality teams. Fully understand products and the purchased material/components of the products on cost, quality and delivery. - Work with GCS engineer team to ensure strategy alignment Job Contacts ▪ Engineering Department : 50/200 people ▪ Finance Department : 25 people ▪ Quality Department : 60 people ▪ Supply Chain Department : 40 people
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 37 - 42 years old - Bachelor's degree ▪ 5 years or above in Engineering field (prefer Electrical Engineer) ▪ 3 years or above in Engineer Project management or leader role Job Skills and Requirements ▪ Fluent speaking in English and good written in English ▪ Good at MS Office Excel and PowerPoint ▪ Adequate knowledge on design engineering project ▪ Adequate knowledge on cost accounting as a non-financial manager ▪ Adequate knowledge on common quality tools such as 8D, 7 tools for problem solving, SPC & CpK, PPAP process, etc. ▪ Good knowledge on Lean & Kaizen event ▪ Basic knowledge on statistics and the related diagram tools <Personality> ▪ High ethical mindset and behaviours ▪ Health suitable for strong workloads, especially for working at night and business travels. ▪ Strong leadership capabilities. ▪ Quick learner and good adapter for a new business/job scope ▪ Self-motivated and target-oriented ▪ Face to the challenges proactively and ambitiously ▪ Strategic thinking and good planning capability ▪ Excellent business judgment ▪ Strong people skill as a teamwork expert with excellent communications and coordination with cross-functions and the related employees inside company. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ▪ Certified Project Manager (CPM) is a plus Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Bangkadi Industrial Park, Pathumthani Working Hour: 8:00-17:10(Monday- Friday, Saturday: Every other Sat in high season (Jan - Jun) Based on company calendar), 251 working day per year, Work in Office) About the Benefits 57,000–100,000THB About the company Product & Service: Various types of air-conditioning equipment Business Type: General Appliances / Electrical Equipment; Home Electronics
