Design & Engineering Manager (JP) (60K–80K) (SDG-65573) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายออกแบบและวิศวกรรม (JP) <Job Responsibilities> - Be on site representative and responsible in safety and health. - Calculate construction unit price. - Issue and control construction plan and contact outsourcing suppliers. - Investigate and report standard proficiency of construction. - Control quality of construction; temporary part and materials for construction. - Control construction design - Control work day and holiday of installation staff. - Implement 5S on working site. - Inspection completed construction and delivery - Onsite visit ( Samutprakarn / Chonburi / Pathumtani etc.) <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female 35 - 45 years old - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical or relevant fields - 7-10 years experience of construction control (related to design and quality / Oversee construction operation) - Management and distribute tasks to member experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Skill of Auto CAD - Good personality and negotiation skill, - Good command of Japanese - N3 up (Able to communicate in business level with JP native) - Good command of English (for email and daily conversation) - Own car + Driving license - Able to visit client in industrial area with JP manager <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Knowledge able in Sandwich Panel System will be an advantage ( Industrial clean room & Cold room Panels) Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: Conversational Level Workplace Area: BTS Asoke ,Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 60,000–80,000THB About the company Product & Service: A fully integrated manufacturer specialized in wide ranges of operations using aluminum and associated materials, from alumina to chemicals and various fabricated products Business Type: Machinery / Equipment / Plants

ผู้จัดการฝ่ายออกแบบและวิศวกรรม (JP) (60K–80K) (SDG-65573) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายออกแบบและวิศวกรรม (JP) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - เป็นตัวแทนในสถานที่และรับผิดชอบด้านความปลอดภัยและสุขภาพ - คำนวณราคาต่อหน่วยก่อสร้าง - ออกและควบคุมแผนการก่อสร้างและติดต่อซัพพลายเออร์ภายนอก - ตรวจสอบและรายงานมาตรฐานความชำนาญในการก่อสร้าง - ควบคุมคุณภาพการก่อสร้าง ชิ้นส่วนชั่วคราวและวัสดุสำหรับการก่อสร้าง - ควบคุมการออกแบบก่อสร้าง - ควบคุมวันทำงานและวันหยุดของพนักงานติดตั้ง - นำ 5S ไปใช้ในสถานที่ทำงาน - ตรวจสอบการก่อสร้างและส่งมอบที่เสร็จสมบูรณ์ - เยี่ยมชมสถานที่ (สมุทรปราการ / ชลบุรี / ปทุมธานี ฯลฯ ) <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > - สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 35 - 45 ปี - วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา / ไฟฟ้า / เครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีประสบการณ์ควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง 7-10 ปี (เกี่ยวกับการออกแบบและคุณภาพ / ดูแลควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง) - บริหารจัดการและแจกจ่ายงานให้สมาชิกได้รับประสบการณ์ - ความชำนาญใน Microsoft Office - ทักษะของ Auto CAD - บุคลิกดี มีทักษะการเจรจา - สามารถใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี - N3 ขึ้นไป (สามารถสื่อสารในระดับธุรกิจด้วย JP native) - สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สำหรับอีเมลและการสนทนารายวัน) - มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว + ใบขับขี่ - สามารถเยี่ยมชมลูกค้าในเขตอุตสาหกรรมกับผู้จัดการ JP ได้ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีความรู้ด้านระบบ Sandwich Panel System จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ ( Industrial clean room & Cold room Panels) ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ระดับการสนทนา สถานที่ทำงาน : BTS อโศก ,กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำการ: 8:00-17:00 น.
