Responsibility:
* Keep good relationship with current customer and help support them as needed.
* Communicate and receive customer request or provide solutions
* Support implement project as customer requirement
* Work closely with technical team in addressing and analyzing customer requirements, as well as coordinate testing activities.
* Work closely with customer service team to track progress of orders and deliverables.
* Monitor sales performance, daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
* Provide regular, bi-monthly update on sales and deliverables.
* Coordinate with senior management in defining budgetary requirements and forecasts.
* Products : Telecom Service (4G/3G), Microwave for Telecommunication
Customers : IT Networks Brand.
Qualification:
[Must]
* Thai Nationality , Male, age 26 - 35 years old
* Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science,IT,Business Administration or related fields
* At least 3 years’ experience in ERP Solution Selling
* Good connection with CAT, DTAC, True, TOT etc
* Good command of written and spoken English
* Good presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Personal qualifications
* Out-going personality with strong desire for achievements
* Be able to support Customers and have party at night.
* Products and Services, particularly in Software business is an advantage.
