<Job Responsibilities> ◎グループ子会社の企業経営・拠点運営をお任せするポジションとなります。 -経営管理全般：企業経営 ・経営課題の発掘 ・債権回収 ・取引先の信用度調査 ・中長期的な経営戦略 ・企業分析 ・本社への報告業務 -牽制：社内コンプライス関連の管理全般 ・現地社員および社員に対しての不正防止及び抑止 ・現状調査及びマニュアル・ルール策定 ・本社コンプライアンス部門との協業・報告業務 -コミュニケーション ・現地社員のマネジメント ・その他、本社およびグループ会社との定期的コミュニケーション -その他 ◎ The candidate will be in a position to entrust the corporate management and base management of group subsidiaries. -General Business Management: Corporate Management ・Identification of management issues ・Debt collection ・Investigating the creditworthiness of business partners ・Medium- to long-term management strategy ・Corporate analysis ・Reporting to the head office -Checking: General management related to internal compliance ・Prevention and deterrence of fraud against local employees and employees ・Survey of the current situation and formulation of manual rules ・Collaboration and reporting with the compliance department at the head office -Communication ・Management of local employees ・Regular communication with the head office and group companies -Ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > 企業経営経験や経理一般的知識をお持ちの方、 中国語：ビジネスレベル以上（ローカル社員とのコミュニケーション可能レベル） ・日本語：ビジネスレベル以上 ・日系会社での勤務経験（商習慣を理解） ※ビザサポート有 ※福利厚生等グループ会社規定は現在確認中 ※Candidate Information may share with group companies ・ Experienced in corporate management and general accounting knowledge, (Experience in PS/BL knowledge, debt collection, risk management, medium- to long-term sales strategy, etc.) ・Chinese: Business level or higher (communication level with local employees) ・Japanese: Business level or higher - Experience working for Japanese company (understanding business practices) *Visa support available * Group company regulations such as welfare are currently confirmed.
