Deputy Manager (Network & Security) (45K–75K) (SDG-90625) รองผู้จัดการ (เครือข่าย&ความปลอดภัย) <Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for the reporting to Senior Manager for Infrastructure and Security, 2nd-Tier - Responsible as 1st-Tier IT Network Management (Setup, Configure, Monitoring, Analyse and Troubleshooting and etc.) - Responsible as 2nd-Tier for End-point Security and IT Security Incident Management with team - Proactive for network preventive maintenance and report in the period required by ISO27001 audit reporting. - Proactive for any network security vulnerability management and latest patch update followed CISO. - Co-operate with AD Server Admin for any network security integration with AD Services. - Provide helpdesk for all employees with team. - Supporting for any challenges required for new network and security criteria. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 45 years old - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Computer Engineering and any related fields - 5 - 8 years of management experience in Information Technology field - Strong English communication skill both verbal and written - Strong knowledge of the software and hardware used in the network systems and well- acquainted with the advanced Technologies including ability to use the available resources wisely and establish efficient network systems - Good basic network skills in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, ICMP, SNMP, SSL and good hands-on experiences on Cisco Network System (Switch, WLC, Cisco Prime, Cisco ISE), Fortinet Firewall / VPN, PRTG IT Capacity Monitoring and etc. - Good hands-on experiences on Microsoft Solution (Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NPS, LDAP, GPO, O365+P1, Microsoft Defender + EDR, and etc. - Strong in IT network technical skills and problem-solving skills. รองผู้จัดการ (เครือข่าย&ความปลอดภัย) (45K–75K) (SDG-90625) <ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน> - รับผิดชอบในการรายงานต่อผู้จัดการอาวุโสด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและความปลอดภัย ระดับที่ 2 - รับผิดชอบในฐานะการจัดการเครือข่ายไอทีระดับ 1 (การตั้งค่า กำหนดค่า ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหา และอื่นๆ) - รับผิดชอบในระดับที่ 2 สำหรับ End-point Security และ IT Security Incident Management ร่วมกับทีม - เชิงรุกสำหรับการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันเครือข่ายและรายงานในช่วงเวลาที่กำหนดโดยการรายงานการตรวจสอบ ISO27001 - เชิงรุกสำหรับการจัดการช่องโหว่ด้านความปลอดภัยของเครือข่ายและการอัปเดตแพตช์ล่าสุดตาม CISO - ทำงานร่วมกับ AD Server Admin สำหรับการรวมความปลอดภัยเครือข่ายกับ AD Services - จัดเตรียม Helpdesk สำหรับพนักงานทุกคนพร้อมทีมงาน - รองรับความท้าทายที่จำเป็นสำหรับเครือข่ายและเกณฑ์ความปลอดภัยใหม่ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 28 - 45 ปี - วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ ไอที วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ และสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการ 5 - 8 ปี ในสายงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ - สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งการพูดและเขียน - มีความรู้อย่างมากเกี่ยวกับซอฟต์แวร์และฮาร์ดแวร์ที่ใช้ในระบบเครือข่าย และคุ้นเคยกับเทคโนโลยีขั้นสูง รวมถึงความสามารถในการใช้ทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่อย่างชาญฉลาดและสร้างระบบเครือข่ายที่มีประสิทธิภาพ - มีทักษะเครือข่ายพื้นฐานที่ดีใน TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, ICMP, SNMP, SSL และประสบการณ์ภาคปฏิบัติที่ดีเกี่ยวกับ Cisco Network System (Switch, WLC, Cisco Prime, Cisco ISE), Fortinet Firewall / VPN, PRTG IT Capacity Monitoring และอื่น ๆ. - ประสบการณ์การใช้งานจริงที่ดีเกี่ยวกับ Microsoft Solution (Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NPS, LDAP, GPO, O365+P1, Microsoft Defender + EDR และอื่นๆ - มีทักษะด้านเทคนิคเครือข่ายไอทีที่แข็งแกร่งและทักษะการแก้ปัญหา ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน BTS ช่องนนทรี เวลาทำงาน: 8:30-17:30 น.
