Work Outline Responsible for overall agreements and contracts
Duties & Responsibilities:
Draft, review and revise various contracts related to trading business (such as NDA, MOU, sales agreement, distribution agreement and service agreement) under supervision of DMG.
Identify and/or analyze legal issues related to business and propose appropriate solution to DGM.
Manage board meetings and shareholders’ meetings and corporate registration under supervision of DGM.
Assist DGM in holding compliance and legal training seminars.
Closely work with legal team at Company in Tokyo and Singapore, and manage outside counsel under supervision of DGM.
Provide any other legal works requested by DGM
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only, age 27-35 years
Bachelor’s degree in law
At least 5 years’ experience in corporate legal work at law firm
Lawyer license of Thailand is required
Familiar with trading businesses preferred
Being able to work independently and can work under pressure
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in Japanese company
Languages skills
English: Conversation level (TOEIC 730)
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17.00 (Working Hour 7.25 hours) (Lunch break 12:00 – 13:15)
