Deputy Manager (Consumable) (53K-73K) (SDG-76815) รองผู้จัดการ (วัสดุสิ้นเปลือง) <Job Responsibilities> - In order to achieve team target, check current Sales in Charge action by summary Daily report then direct next action. Monitoring PB market situation, especially competitor movement, and creating the most effective way to sell PB products. - Collaborative with Business Development and Development team to achieve ultimate team sales target and maintain customer satisfaction. - To achieve sales target by direction to Sales in Charge also educate and motivation Sales in Charge. - Feedback TAs current situation and competitor information to management. - Review activities and performance of the sales team. - Promoting PB products to prospects, target Customers, <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-37 years old - Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mechanical Engineer or related field. - 5++ years of experience in the Engineering field, Technical Sales, Automotive machine sales, or related fields in a manufacturing environment. - At least 1-2 years of Management level with subordinates. - Good command of English (High conversational for internal) - Ability to work under rigid pressure. - Professional in Excel (for making reports and Sales forecasts) <Preferable Skills / Experiences> - Come from competitor companies - Have experience in technical support - Japanese communication.
