Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and implement annual sales strategies, business plans, and sales budgets to achieve company revenue and profit targets - Lead business development initiatives by identifying new customers, new projects, and market opportunities within the automotive and electronics industries - Strengthen relationships with existing OEMs and Tier 1 customers while expanding business opportunities with new accounts - Analyze market trends, customer demand, competitor activities, and industry developments to formulate effective sales strategies - Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and project conditions with customers - Coordinate closely with internal departments including Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Headquarters to ensure successful project execution - Monitor sales performance, forecast sales results, and prepare regular reports and business analyses for management - Support and coach sales team members by sharing market knowledge, improving sales processes, and enhancing team performance - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations - Visit key customers regularly to strengthen partnerships and identify future business opportunities - Participate in regional business meetings and communicate effectively with overseas affiliates and headquarters
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field - Conversational High level English communication skills for internal corporate communication and overseas customer interaction - At least 8–10 years of sales experience, including 3 years or more in a supervisory or management role, within automotive electronic components or audio-related products - Proven experience managing key accounts, business development, and strategic sales planning - Strong knowledge of automotive OEMs and Tier 1 supplier business - Experience handling commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and project management - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting/forecasting - Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle for customer visits - Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience leading cross-functional projects or regional business initiatives - Experience managing or mentoring sales team members - Knowledge of Japanese business culture or experience working in a Japanese company - Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) - Japanese language ability would be an advantage
