Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and lead a team of two subordinates within the existing sales department, providing guidance and performance evaluations. - Oversee the existing sales team's operations, ensuring smooth account handovers from the sales development team and long-term service quality. - Maintain and strengthen high-level relationships with key existing clients through regular communication and strategic support. - Visit clients’ purchasing departments (mainly in Bangkok, Ayutthaya, and Chonburi, 1–2 times per month) to review usage and secure recurring orders. - Analyze usage data and team performance to develop account-specific sales strategies and identify upselling opportunities. - Monitor sales targets and progress for the team, reporting outcomes and forecasts to senior management. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure high client satisfaction and resolve any service-related issues. - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree from any field - At least 5 years of experience in Sales planning or Sales - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis (able to manage sales data and team targets). - At least 2 years of experience in leadership or managing a small team (at least 2 subordinates). - Business-level or higher English proficiency (used as internal corporate language and for dealing with overseas clients) - Conversational level low of Japanese (For communicating with the Japanese Headquarters.) - Experience working with car manufacturers or Tier 1 suppliers(electronic components) - Able to visit clients in Bangkok, Ayutthaya, and Chonburi(Once a month) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in the automotive audio or electronic parts industry. - Strong skills in strategic sales planning and reporting to senior management. - Ability to handle complex negotiations and long-term relationship building with purchasing departments.
