Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Overall management of the food factory
- Protection of company confidential information and asset management
- Planning and execution of production schedules (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Procurement of raw materials and supplies, and cost control
- Workforce planning and management according to production capacity
- Appropriate staff allocation and organizational management within the factory
- Labor management including procurement, personnel/equipment control, labor hours, overtime adjustment, and shift work
- Strict safety management (accident and issue prevention) and health management (disease prevention and foreign substance control)
- Hygiene management (bacteria control and contamination prevention)
- Compliance with company regulations (attendance, leave, dress code, etc.)
- Proposals for production efficiency and improvement, including labor and energy-saving measures
- Proposals for machinery investment and cost reduction
- Review and approval of specifications and documents
- Checking and confirmation of information related to product returns and customer claims
- Cost management within the factory
- Improvement of factory workers’ knowledge, skills, and personnel development
- Management of KPIs in the production department and promotion of 5S activities
- Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 10 years of working experience as a factory manager in the food industry
- Conversational middle level of English (For communication with the Japanese president)
- Management experience in the factory department
- The person who conducts clear instructions to subordinates accurately and smoothly.
- Can work longer
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience in managing more than 100 subordinates
- Can manage the Japanese president's tasks in the future
