Delivery Management and Sales (N2-N3) (35K–60K) (SDG-104759) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายการจัดการจัดส่งและการขาย (N2-N3) <Job responsibilities> Delivery Management - Arrange to deliver Electronic parts to the customer factory. - Confirm customer Production Plan. (Customer production plans sometimes have fluctuation.) - Negotiate with our supplier to adjust to our customer request delivery schedule. - Negotiate with our customer to adjust our supplier's available delivery schedule. Sales promotion: - Find new projects and propose our line of products. - Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. - Adjust sales presentations' content by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor. - Focuses sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of dealers. - Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature. - Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> การจัดการการจัดส่งสินค้า - จัดส่งชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ให้กับโรงงานลูกค้า - ยืนยันแผนการผลิตของลูกค้า (แผนการผลิตของลูกค้าบางครั้งมีความผันผวน) - เจรจากับซัพพลายเออร์ของเราเพื่อปรับตารางการจัดส่งตามคำขอของลูกค้า - เจรจากับลูกค้าเพื่อปรับกำหนดการส่งมอบของซัพพลายเออร์ การส่งเสริมการขาย: - ค้นหาโครงการใหม่และเสนอสายผลิตภัณฑ์ - ให้บริการลูกค้าโดยการขายสินค้าและตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า - ปรับเนื้อหาการนำเสนอการขายโดยศึกษาประเภทของช่องทางการขายหรือปัจจัยทางการค้า - มุ่งเน้นความพยายามในการขายโดยศึกษาปริมาณตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่มีอยู่และศักยภาพ - ส่งคำสั่งซื้อโดยอ้างอิงจากรายการราคาและเอกสารประกอบผลิตภัณฑ์ - แจ้งให้ฝ่ายบริหารทราบโดยการส่งรายงานกิจกรรมและผลลัพธ์ เช่น รายงานการโทรรายวัน แผนงานรายสัปดาห์ และการวิเคราะห์อาณาเขตรายเดือนและรายปี
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 40 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in any field - 2 years of working experience in Sales promotion - Experience in Semiconductors and Electronic parts industry. - Experience in delivery management - Good communication in English and Japanese N3 UP (Internal and communication with clients) - Experience negotiate with supplier - Able to Visit customers in Thailand once a week. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Sales promotion - Experience as Sale Engineer Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : Conversational Workplace Area: BTS Thong Lo Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Working time : 08.30 – 12.30 AM , 13.30 – 17.30 PM > WIO, The company's policy is now 1-day WFH for employees who have passed the promotion) About the Benefits 35,000–60,000THB About the company Product & Service: Semiconductor and Electronics Parts.
