Delivery Management and Sales Assistant (N2) (30K–40K) (SDG-117896) <Job responsibilities> - Be able to Support the Sales team by managing customer appointments, handling urgent inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring accurate and timely deliveries while collaborating with other departments. - Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material. - Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, and arranging delivery dates. - Handling orders and checking the orders have the correct prices and product numbers. - Inputting orders (Sales and purchase) and invoice issues, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. - Collaborating with other departments to ensure Sales, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in any related field. - At least 2 years of working experience as a Sales Assistant in trading or delivery Management. - Experienced in Semiconductors and Electronics parts industry. - Conversational high in Japanese, at least N2 (Internal and communication with client via call, email including providing the document). - Conversational Middle in English (internal and communication with client via call, email including providing the document) - Details person - Good personality Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : Conversational Workplace Area: BTS Thong Lo Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday -Friday) About the Benefits 30,000–40,000THB About the company Product & Service: Semiconductor and Electronics Parts for Car or Machine Business Type: General Appliances / Electrical Equipment;Semiconductors;
