Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Contact Production Control at HQ in Japan. - To coordinate with the Sales Division for the delivery product and the confirmation schedule. - Perform Delivery control and shipment arrangement. - Reminded the critical item delivery with the Japanese Manager and Sales Division. - Reminded the excess stock report to all of the Sales team for clearing and next action for selling. - Coordinating with the Sales team and colleagues in the overseas sales office and other Departments. - To do other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years of experience in Delivery Control - Experience in electronics, electronic parts, machines, or logistics industry - Conversational high in English, both writing and speaking for documents and emails - Conversational high in Japanese (JLPT N2, N1) to communicate with HQ in Japan via email, phone call, and communicate internally. - Computer literate in MS Office, especially MS Excel. <Details> - Ability to work well under pressure and meet critical deadlines. - Reliable, trustworthy & teamwork. - Service-minded attitude with swift action. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a semiconductor company
