Delivery and Service Engineer (Technical Support) (25K–30K) (SDG-102412) วิศวกรจัดส่งและบริการ (สนับสนุนด้านเทคนิค) <Job responsibilities> • Provide in-sales and post-sales technical support services for our customers in Thailand. • On-site or remote troubleshooting for customers with quick response and make sure all the issues should be solved in time. • Have a good sense of cooperation, work together with sales and product team for projects. • Coordinate with the experts in headquarters to analyze some tricky technical issues until all be solved. • Training customers on installation, configuration and deployment knowledge for our products and solutions, prepare necessary documents for the training course. • Involve in project POC actions, potential risk survey for project delivery and highlight the risks to management team. • Responsible of FAE (Failure Analysis Engineer) role when deal with field quality issues, assist HQ colleagues to do field analysis until root cause be found, follow up the 8D report be confirmed. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> • ให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคในการขายและหลังการขายแก่ลูกค้าในประเทศไทย • การแก้ไขปัญหานอกสถานที่หรือระยะไกลสำหรับลูกค้าด้วยการตอบสนองที่รวดเร็วและให้แน่ใจว่าปัญหาทั้งหมด ควรแก้ไขให้ทันเวลา • มีความรู้สึกร่วมมือที่ดี ทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายและผลิตภัณฑ์สำหรับโครงการต่างๆ • ประสานงานกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญในสำนักงานใหญ่เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่ยุ่งยากบางประการจนกว่าจะได้รับการแก้ไขทั้งหมด • การฝึกอบรมลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับความรู้ในการติดตั้ง การกำหนดค่า และการปรับใช้สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์และ แนวทางแก้ไข จัดทำเอกสารที่จำเป็นสำหรับการอบรมหลักสูตร • มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการ POC ของโครงการ การสำรวจความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดขึ้นสำหรับการส่งมอบโครงการ และเน้นย้ำถึงความเสี่ยง ทีมผู้บริหาร • รับผิดชอบบทบาท FAE (วิศวกรวิเคราะห์ความล้มเหลว) เมื่อจัดการกับปัญหาคุณภาพภาคสนาม ช่วยเหลือสำนักงานใหญ่ เพื่อนร่วมงานจะทำการวิเคราะห์ภาคสนามจนกว่าจะพบสาเหตุที่แท้จริง ติดตามผลรายงาน 8D เพื่อยืนยัน
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 30 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering field - 1 year of working experiences as Engineer related to CCTV/Access Control or IoT products - Familiar with CCTV, network, Linux operation, and maintenance business, etc. - Good command of English (use for reports, documents, communication with report line) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Chinese language <In detail > - Customer-oriented, Good service sense. - Strong QA Sense and FAE capability. - Strong learning ability, able to work independently, interested in weak current technology. - Document production ability.
