Debt Collection & Credit Department Manager (60K–80K) (SDG-59205)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายติดตามหนี้และเครดิต
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and control customer payment within period of requirement including intensive settlement of liabilities from debtor.
- Manage the daily operations of credit functions.
- Maintain the credit policy of the company.
- Manage cash collection performance.
- Control and minimize bad debts.
- Provide timely and accuracy reporting of money collection report, and other related credit functions.
- Manage relations with the sales department and also coordinate for proceed both new and existing client verifying
- Initiate legal actions or other recovery actions against overdue customers.
- such as sending the notice letter to overdue clients
- Occasionally visit overdue clients (may accompanied with sales or service technician) for account receivable collection related task or contract issue
- Other related tasks as required
- *Main target clients for collection: Client that purchased parts or have pending maintenance fee or aftersales service
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, 38-45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- At least 5 years experiences in account receivable collection (Bank or Leasing Industry)
- Strong experience in Risk Management factor Analysis for client credit and bad debt control
- Experience of carrying out credit risk assessments.
- Management experience
- Can drive a car with driving license
- Flexible person and have ability to travel in upcountry (Regional Branch) by own drive with pool car
- Good command in English both written and spoken (Client-Internal communicate, email, making report)
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Automotive Leasing field
- Experience in Japanese company

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดการและควบคุมการชำระเงินของลูกค้าภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดรวมถึงการชำระหนี้สินจากลูกหนี้อย่างเข้มข้น
- จัดการการดำเนินงานประจำวันของฟังก์ชั่นสินเชื่อ
- ดูแลนโยบายการให้สินเชื่อของ บริษัท
- จัดการประสิทธิภาพการเก็บเงินสด
- ควบคุมและลดหนี้เสีย
- จัดทำรายงานการเรียกเก็บเงินอย่างทันท่วงทีและถูกต้องและฟังก์ชั่นสินเชื่ออื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดการความสัมพันธ์กับฝ่ายขายและประสานงานเพื่อดำเนินการตรวจสอบลูกค้าทั้งรายใหม่และรายเดิม
- เริ่มดำเนินการทางกฎหมายหรือการดำเนินการกู้คืนอื่น ๆ กับลูกค้าที่ค้างชำระ
- เช่นการส่งจดหมายแจ้งไปยังลูกค้าที่ค้างชำระ
- เยี่ยมเยียนลูกค้าที่ค้างชำระเป็นครั้งคราว (อาจมาพร้อมกับฝ่ายขายหรือช่างบริการ) สำหรับงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรวบรวมบัญชีลูกหนี้หรือปัญหาเกี่ยวกับสัญญา
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามความจำเป็น
- * ลูกค้าเป้าหมายหลักสำหรับการรวบรวม: ลูกค้าที่ซื้อชิ้นส่วนหรือมีค่าบำรุงรักษาหรือบริการหลังการขายที่รอดำเนินการ
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 38-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชีการเงินหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการจัดเก็บบัญชีลูกหนี้ (ธนาคารหรืออุตสาหกรรมลิสซิ่ง)
- มีประสบการณ์ในการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยการบริหารความเสี่ยงสำหรับเครดิตลูกค้าและการควบคุมหนี้เสีย
- มีประสบการณ์ในการประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านเครดิต
- ประสบการณ์การบริหาร
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้พร้อมใบอนุญาตขับขี่
- บุคคลที่มีความยืดหยุ่นและมีความสามารถในการเดินทางในต่างจังหวัด (สาขาภูมิภาค) โดยการขับรถไปเองพร้อมรถพูล
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งการเขียนและการพูด (Client-Internal communication, email, making report)
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี (MS Office)
