Opportunity to be a key person to develop all of dealers to provide many chance in the business
Duties & Responsibility:
(Work Outline) : Supervise/take care of dealers and find for new candidates
(Product) : Agricultural machine (tractor is a main product)
Providing market area survey and market area plan implementation
Developing dealers standard by planning for the “difference” program to become part of dealers operating plans
Coordinating all customer satisfaction activities both tractor sales and after sales
Analyzing competitive activities, industry movement, and producing a quality market intelligence
Advising and supporting the dealers network to improve their sales in order to increase profit
Providing training needs and directing business development activities for the sals of tractor or any related equipment
Qualifications:
[Must]
Male or female, age 30-45 years old
Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Economics or in any related fields.
Good knowledge in agricultural, industrial or heavy industrial equipment related to business.
Able to understand local dealer agricultural mindset and behavior in Thailand
Able to create dealer’s business model (major distribution channel, customer, financial information etc.)
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing dealers/distributors in Thailand
Good command in English and computer literacy

Have driving license
Japanese will be an advantage
Languages skills:
English: Business level
Japanese: Conversational Level (prefer)
Workplace Area: Ladkrabang Industrial estate
Working Hour: Mon-Fri (8:30-17:30) (work on Saturday 2 times per month)

Salary: 40,000-50,000 THB/ Month
