Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To check the production output and troubleshoot any issues in the production process. - To summarize production output data to improve productivity. - To provide technical training to production operators. - To improve process workflows, bottlenecks, and reduce waste using LEAN and SIX SIGMA tools. - To follow up with all departments to implement improvement activities. - To resolve daily technician issues in the production process, conduct root cause analysis, and product failure analysis. - To analyze data on productivity, downtime, cycle time, etc. - To implement Power BI for production processes to create presentations. - To educate and monitor the team to follow management systems such as RBA, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001. - Other tasks assigned by management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Production, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering - At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, summarizing data of the deburring production process from mold and die manufacturing - Conversational Middle Level in English (90% of documents are in English, and the role involves communicating with foreign executives) - Proficiency in Excel (Formulas, Pivot, Graphs), PowerPoint, Power BI <In Details> - Self-confident in presenting and training employees at the management level - Able to work in hot, dusty, and noisy environments - Strong adaptability and a work-under-pressure mindset - Transportation by Company Bus / Van (NO parking for Car, Motorcycle) < Preferred Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company
