Customs Specialist (60K–100K) (SDG-63504) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านศุลกากร <Job Responsibilities> - Advise or assist the team in advising the company management and all affiliates on various customs matters relating to customs rules and regulations, customs procedures, customs ruling or interpretation, etc. - Draft, amend and review of customs documents including identifying areas of risk and making suggestions for improvement for the company and all Isuzu affiliates with respect to the customs procedures of the company or all affiliates decision, strategies and transactions - Work collaboratively with the team in drafting and developing of group policy and procedures, rules and regulations, internal guidelines - Handle and plan on the effective method to communicate changes in customs rules, regulations or ruling within the company and to all group companies and conduct trainings on customs matters from time to time - Support customs document management and monitor that all databases are properly maintained and up to date - Coordinate with internal parties (JP) and all affiliates in Thailand and outside counsel and developing strategy for customs professionals, litigation and legal proceedings - Other tasks as may reasonably be required <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female 32 - 40 years old - Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Law - At least 5 years of experience in customs practice and liaising with Customs Department or experience in Logistic company - Strong knowledge and understanding of customs procedure, rules, regulations and ruling. - Good command of English skill (Conversational High level) - Good command of Computer skill <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor or Master Degree in law - Customs related course and certificate - TOEIC scores 600 up Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: MRT Thailand Cultural Center, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri , 5 Saturday per year) About the Benefits Salary: 60,000–100,000THB About the company Product & Service: light- and medium-duty trucks Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts

ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านศุลกากร (60K–100K) (SDG-63504) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - ให้คำปรึกษาหรือช่วยเหลือทีมงานในการให้คำปรึกษาแก่ผู้บริหารของบริษัทและบริษัทในเครือในเรื่องต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศุลกากร ที่เกี่ยวกับกฎและระเบียบของศุลกากร ขั้นตอนทางศุลกากร คำวินิจฉัยหรือการตีความทางศุลกากร ฯลฯ - ร่าง แก้ไข ทบทวนเอกสารศุลกากร รวมทั้งระบุพื้นที่เสี่ยงและให้คำแนะนำในการปรับปรุงบริษัทและบริษัทในเครือ Isuzu ทั้งหมดเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนพิธีการทางศุลกากรของบริษัทหรือการตัดสินใจ กลยุทธ์ และธุรกรรมในเครือทั้งหมด - ทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานในการร่างและพัฒนานโยบายกลุ่มและขั้นตอน กฎ ระเบียบ แนวทางภายใน - จัดการและวางแผนวิธีการที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการสื่อสารการเปลี่ยนแปลงกฎเกณฑ์ ระเบียบ หรือคำวินิจฉัยทางศุลกากรภายในบริษัทและกับทุกบริษัทในกลุ่ม และจัดอบรมด้านศุลกากรเป็นครั้งคราว - รองรับการจัดการเอกสารศุลกากรและติดตามว่าฐานข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้รับการบำรุงรักษาอย่างเหมาะสมและเป็นปัจจุบัน - ประสานงานกับฝ่ายภายใน (JP) และบริษัทในเครือทั้งหมดในประเทศไทยและที่ปรึกษาภายนอก และพัฒนากลยุทธ์สำหรับผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านศุลกากร การดำเนินคดี และการดำเนินการทางกฎหมาย - งานอื่นๆ ตามสมควร <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > - สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 32 - 40 ปี - วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือโท นิติศาสตร์ - มีประสบการณ์ด้านพิธีการศุลกากรอย่างน้อย 5 ปี และประสานงานกับกรมศุลกากรหรือมีประสบการณ์ในบริษัท Logistic - มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการทางศุลกากร กฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และคำวินิจฉัย - สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (Conversational High level) - สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - ปริญญาตรีหรือโทนิติศาสตร์ - หลักสูตรและใบรับรองที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศุลกากร - คะแนน TOEIC 600 ขึ้นไป ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน : MRT ศูนย์วัฒนธรรมแห่งประเทศไทย กรุงเทพฯ เวลาทำการ: 8:00-17:00 น.
