Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- All required customs paperwork, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin, should be prepared and reviewed.
- Export and import declarations are processed by electronic systems (e.g., e-Customs).
- Calculate appropriate customs and taxes and confirm HS codes.
- Organize with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs offices, and other outside organizations.
- Verify adherence to all import/export laws and directives from the appropriate authorities (such as the Ministry of Commerce's Customs Department).
- Track and monitor the status of customs clearance and take proactive measures to address any problems or hold-ups.
- Keep thorough records and advise internal departments on customs-related matters.
- Participate in customs-related audits and inspections.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 5 years of work experience in Customs Clearance from Logistics company
- Conversational High in English for communicating with the Italian Director and Customers
- Knowledge of customs systems, such as NSW's e-Customs.
- Strong knowledge of trade laws, duties, and HS codes.

- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
- Aptitude to solve problems and pay attention to details.
<Preferable>
- License as a customs broker is a big plus.
- Have management experience with direct subordinates
