Customers Support (Japanese Speaking) (30K-60K) (SDG-22791) <Job Responsibilities> Visit customers frequently in order to collect clients' requirement and support them accordingly Consult and provide advice to solve clients' problem by using company tools and products Update and demonstrate new product information to customers Create report of customer information for Head Quarter in Japanese Language Cooperate and support to company's marketing events and activities Translate presentation and document to present to clients and support other department Support Japanese staff from company's partner in Japan Research and analyst to find the best solution for client's requirement
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, male/female, 27-31 years Bachelor degree Able to drive and have car driving license (use company's car) Minimum 2-3 years' experience in interpreter or customer support Good command in Japanese (N3 up) and English Strong interpersonal and communication skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> Experienced in multicultural environment Languages skills English: Conversational level Japanese: Business level Workplace Area: BRT Wat Darn, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 30,000–60,000THB About the company Products: Factory Automation Business Type: General Appliances / Electrical Equipment;
