<Job Responsibilities> - Contacting and coordinating with the chemical industry clients and general trading company - Responsible document such as Invoice, Shipping documents etc - Coordinate with the customer broker and entry supplier - Prepared balance report and Report to supplier - Coordinate with Customer Service and accounting in internal - Other tasks assigned by Management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in any relate field - At least 2 years of working experience as a import & export in trading company or manufacturing company - A professional with hands-on experience in import/export operations - Strong skills in using MS Excel and other related programs. - Conversional middle level of English (Communicate with Japanese and paperwork) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience as a sales in a trading company - Any advantage of Japanese skills - Work experience in Japanese company
