- Inbound calls from Japanese customers
- Handling outbound calls primarily for user follow-up
- Dealing with written paperwork, including application forms
- Email support

- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Fresh graduates welcomed
- Business level in Japanese, communicating with Japanese clients
- Having JLPT N1 certificate
