Duties & Responsibility:
1. Operation & Maintenance work
- On-call troubleshoot support (All services & products provided to customer)
2. B-end support work (International IP-VPN circuit)
- Coordinate with GNOC provisioning team, local carrier & local customer to complete provisioning step of new IP-VPN
(In-house cabling ~ Carrier DSU installation)
- Inform outage plan of every circuits to related division in KJP & customer
3. Re-sale circuit provisioning support work
- Coordinate with local carrier & local customer to complete provisioning step of all new re-sale circuits
(In-house cabling ~ Carrier DSU installation)
4. Control customer spare parts & internal use equipment
- Control existing & request/return status of customer’s spare parts and internal use equipment
Proceed supplementation of customer spare parts & some internal use equipment
5. Daily administration job
- Equipment repairing coordination
- Service report & other documents inputting to system
Qualification:
• Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 23-30 years old
• Have related experience 0-3 years
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering , Computer Science, or related fields
• Good command of English will be advantage
• Have basic knowledge of WAN, LAN including Wireless Network, Internet, Firewall, VPN, Anti-
• Virus, network infrastructure and PC hardware/software
• Ability to work under pressure with a team work spirit
• Be a fast learner and willing to learn new knowledge
• Have strong service-minded characteristics
*English: Business Level (Business, TOEIC:700 or over)
