Work Outline Responsible for Customer Support (Management of Outsourcer) and Marketing support.

Duties & Responsibilities:
 To support staff for managing E-commerce web site.
 To response customer’s inquiry via FB, LINE, Tel and reply them. ( for customer relationship )
 To manage product information ( For merchandise, cosmetics , skincare ,toiletries product)
 To manage SNS support
 Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, Female, Age 24-29 years
 Bachelor's Degree
 Experience in SNS ,CRM (Marketing/Call Center/Cosmetics company/Retail shop)
 Be able to work independence / under pressure 

Preferable Skill / Experience
 Experience of cosmetics or any related products.
 Have a good knowledge of E-commerce

Languages skills 
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Conversational Level (Preferable)


Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng/ MRT Silom
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon – Fri)
