Work Outline: Responsible for Customer Support (Management of Outsourcer) and Marketing support.
Duties & Responsibility:
•Updating the website such as product information.
•Working closely with the Outsourcer to satisfy customer requirement.
•Updating day-to-day web ads operation
•Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai Nationality, Male/Female, Age 25-39
•Bachelor’s degree in any related field
•Knowledge and experience on SEO, web production or web design in web operating company
•At least 3 years of working experience as a customer service or any related position.
•Experience as the person in charge *Not only Management
•Good command of English
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng, MRT Si Lom
Working Hour:9.00 – 18.00 (Monday – Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 THB/ Month
