Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Residence Department
- Handling application documents for Japanese tenants
- Responding to tenant issues after move-in (via phone, email, or company LINE)
- Assisting with move-in and move-out procedures
- Front desk reception, administrative tasks, and data entry
- Assisting some foreign tenants
- Property environment management
e.g., ventilating vacant units, running water periodically /
*transportation for outside visits is usually by Grab or similar, with costs covered
・Real estate Department
-Preparing financial management reports for property owners
(issued every three months to update owners on income and performance)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Batcher's degree in any field
- At least 5 years of work experience as a sales or support staff member
- Conversional high level of Japanese(N3 up)
- Conversional low level of English to communicate with Japanese staff and sometimes foreign residents
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have working experience in the real estate industry
