<Job Responsibilities> - Be responsible for Material Control and be in charge of some clients in both Thailand and oversea countries - Inventory Control and manage delivery schedule by contacting both client and supplier - Prepare PO and issue invoice - Flexibly correspond with urgent delivery requests - Request shipment to supplier or warehouse - Gather quotation from logistics company about delivery cost - Other duties assigned by Manager <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Female 27-30 years old - Bachelor's degree - At least 5 years’ experience of customer service or Material control in trading or manufacturing company (Product should be electrical or mechanical products） - Conversational high level of English - Working experience in Japanese company - Have knowledge or export document and process - Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Able to start working immediately - Have working experience in automotive industries - Have working experience in Japanese trading company Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi,Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri(Sat:none)) About the Benefits Salary: 27,000–30,000THB About the company Products: Automotive parts, Electronics parts Business Type: Automotive parts, Electronics parts
