Customer service (Domestic Customer) (20K–30K) (SDG-83713) ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (ลูกค้าภายในประเทศ) <Job Description> ・Be in charge of existing clients in Thailand ・Manage daily operation quickly such as issuing an invoice, preparing order sheets, arranging a delivery schedule with customers and supplier in Thailand ・Coordinate with customer service(import staff) for delivery arrangement, if a product is imported from overseas ・Inventory Control by contacting the warehouse ・Flexibly correspond with urgent delivery requests and negotiate with customer and supplier ・Other duties assigned by Manager <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 30 years old - Bachelor's degree ・At least 3 years experience of customer service or Material control in trading or manufacturing company (Product should be electrical or mechanical or automobile products) ・Conversational high level of English (To communicate with Japanese managers) ・Have knowledge of trading process ・Able to operate office skill(Outlook E-mail, Excel vlook up/pivot table) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・ Able to start working immediately ・ Have working experience in automotive industries ・Working experience in Japanese company Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri (Sat:none)) About the Benefits 20,000–30,000THB About the company Product & Service: Automotive parts, Electronics parts Business Type: General Trading Company;Automobiles / Automobile Parts

ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (ลูกค้าภายในประเทศ) (20K–30K) (SDG-83713) <ลักษณะงาน> ・ดูแลลูกค้าปัจจุบันในประเทศไทย ・จัดการการดำเนินงานประจำวันได้อย่างรวดเร็ว เช่น การออกใบแจ้งหนี้ จัดทำใบสั่งซื้อ จัดตารางการจัดส่งกับลูกค้าและซัพพลายเออร์ในประเทศไทย ・ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (พนักงานนำเข้า) เพื่อจัดเตรียมการจัดส่ง หากสินค้านำเข้าจากต่างประเทศ ・การควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังโดยติดต่อคลังสินค้า ・ตอบสนองอย่างยืดหยุ่นกับคำขอจัดส่งด่วนและเจรจากับลูกค้าและซัพพลายเออร์ ・หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 25 - 30 ปี - ปริญญาตรี ・มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการบริการลูกค้าหรือการควบคุมวัสดุในบริษัทการค้าหรือการผลิต (ผลิตภัณฑ์ควรเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ไฟฟ้าหรือเครื่องกลหรือรถยนต์) ・ภาษาอังกฤษระดับการสนทนาสูง (เพื่อสื่อสารกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น) ・มีความรู้ด้านกระบวนการซื้อขาย ・สามารถใช้ทักษะสำนักงานได้ (Outlook E-mail, Excel vlook up/pivot table) <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> ・สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที ・มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ ・ประสบการณ์ทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน BTS ช่องนนทรี เวลาทำงาน: 8:30-17:30 น.
