Work outline: Responsible for import and export documents

Duties & Responsibilities:
    Liaise with customers regarding the shipment
    Prepare and manage import and export documents
    Contact with carrier, shipping line, and truck company
    Issue Receipt / Tax invoice
    Liaise with oversea customers

Qualifications:
[Must]

    Thai Nationality , Male/female , Age 28-35 years old
    Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or other related field
    3 – 5 years working experience in Sea Freight
    Experience in freight forwarding firm (mandatory)
    Experience in import – export function (mandatory)
    Service mind and ability to work under pressure
    Working experience in Japanese company will be advantage
    Able to communicate in English
    Good PC skills in MS Office
    Formal, interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Japanese: -


Workplace Area: MRT Sukhumvit / BTS Asoke
Working Hour: Monday to Friday [8.30– 17.30]
