Customer Service Supervisor (Import Team) @Ayutthaya 
(30K-35K) (SDG-22179)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Handle and control Import shipment
	Providing help and advice to customer on company's products & services
	Communicating courteously with customers by e-mail and telephone
	Contacting with carrier, shipping line and truck company
	Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers 
	Investigating and solving customer’s problems, which may be complicated or long-standing problems that have been passed 
	Control advances of routine operations, especially inspection costs & other fees



Workplace Area: U-Thai, Ayutthaya 
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon - Fri)

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Male/female, 35-40 years
	Bachelor’s degree 
	Minimum 5 years’ experience with Forwarding agent in air import cargo
	Experiences in Logistics Company
	Good knowledge about EDI, BOI rule and Custom Regulation
	Good English skill [writing email, and occasionally report to JP MD]
	High responsibility and service mind
