Customer Service Supervisor (Air Import-Ayutthaya) (35K-45K) (SDG-36272) <Job Responsibilities> Assigns work to team members and establishes priorities Develop policies and procedures Monitor work to insure accuracy and completeness; and insures conformance to internal policies and procedures and purchasing rules and regulations Resolves personnel problems; monitors and maintains section budget; and authorizes expenditures Resolves supply and vendor problem Participate in management decision and staff supervision Decision making and serve in leadership role with the freedom to act on and implement the decisions made and must be recognized by others as having this authority Researching, compiling, developing and summarizing material for reports on a frequent or recurring basis Supervise with customs agents for customs clearance Supervising with customers on shipment and delivery status
Job Requirement
