Customer Service Supervisor @Suvarnabhumi Airport (30K-40K) (SDG-24323) <Job Responsibilities> Assigns work to team members and establishes priorities Develops Policies and procedures Monitor work to insure accuracy and completeness; and insures conformance to internal policies, procedures, purchasing rules and regulations Resolves personnel problems; Monitors and maintains section budget; and authorizes expenditures Resolves supply and vendor problems Participates in management decision and staff supervision Must have an administrative decision making capacity and serve in a leadership role with the freedom to act on and implement the decisions made and must be recognized by others as having authority Duties ti include independently researching, compiling, developing and summarizing material for reports on a frequent or recurring basis Supervise with custom agents for custom clearance Supervise with customers on shipment status Workplace Area: ARL Suvarnabhumi, Samutprakan Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 30,000–40,000THB
